If you are under 18 years old please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by www.beste-store.com. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Unless explicitly permitted by our company in advance, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to our interests. ADDITIONAL TERMS (Facebook App & Legal Compliance)

1) Facebook / Third-Party Integrations

If you connect your Facebook account to our services, you authorize us to access the minimum data necessary (e.g., name, email, pages you manage, ad accounts, access tokens) strictly to provide features such as automated ad creation and performance analytics. We do not sell or rent Facebook-derived data. Your use of Facebook is also governed by Facebook’s terms and policies.

2) Revoking Access & Data Deletion

You may revoke our access at any time from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Upon revocation or upon your request, we will delete Facebook-derived data from our systems within 30 days.
Data deletion requests can be made via support@[your domain] or at https://[your domain]/data-deletion.

3) Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy (https://[your domain]/policies/privacy-policy), which explains what we collect, how we use it, retention periods, and your rights (including deletion). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including integrations and APIs) at any time to maintain security, comply with platform policies, or improve performance. Where changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., banner on the site, email, or in-app notice).

5) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any API tokens. Notify us immediately at support@[your domain] of any suspected unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials unless caused by our willful misconduct.

6) Acceptable Use (Supplement)

In addition to the restrictions already listed in your Terms, you may not:

  • Misuse Facebook APIs or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

  • Circumvent rate limits, attempt to re-identify anonymized data, or scrape private content.

  • Use the services to violate advertising policies or applicable laws.
    We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Payments, Returns & Store Policies

Purchases, pricing, shipping, refunds, and returns are governed by the store policies posted on our website. By placing an order, you agree to those policies.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, software, and documentation we provide are protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our services or content.

9) Disclaimers

Services (including analytics and automations) are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party data (e.g., Facebook reporting). To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moriaat LLC / Best E-Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moriaat LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Venue: State or federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
(Optionally, you may replace this with binding arbitration language if you prefer.)

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., email, site notice). Changes are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14) Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and posted store policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
